Review: etude house big eyes maker + cute eyes maker

Hi, today i'll review the well known Etude house Big eye maker and cute eye maker. I saw many online shops kind of confuse about this two products. They keep wrongly label it.

Etude house big eye maker is thinner and slightly shorter than the cute eye maker. They also have different purpose.

Etude house big eye maker is suppose to make our eyes look bigger while the cute eye maker is for making aegyo sal.

For you who haven't know, aegyo sal is a liitle cute bag on the under eye. Not many people have it naturally. I have a friend who has it and it makes her smile looks so cute. This aegyo sal is also called as the baby fat. If you happen to have a baby sister or cousin or son, you can notice they have a small fold under their eyes. And this is not an eye bag due to late night sleep.

I really interested in both products a long time ago but could not have it since i still have so many other things to buy hehehe

So, this is the review, i'm going to start with the cute eye maker first. It is a double ended stick. At first i thought i need to pull the cap, so i pulled it and guess what it fell off. Hehe. Actually it's a screw type of cap.

The applicator is a nice black sponge and the cream eyeshadow covered 3/4 of it. The applicator it self doesn't have any product, but the product is in the cap itself. I thought it's going to be powdery but it is actually a cream type product.

One end has the white shimmering shadow while the other has a brown less shimmering shadow.

The color is not really pay off and actually the applicator is too big so i tend to swipe too much of it.

I do not find this product very useful since the white color is very sheer and the brown color is just not enough brown. Many people said the holika holika under eye jeweled is so much better but i think i'll stop buying under eye product first hehehehe. I think it is better to have surgery hahaha.

Next, etude house big eye maker. This product suppose to make our eyes appear larger by giving shadow at the end corner of eyes and highlight on the under eye.

The tube is just a simple princessy pink color. With the cute writing and necklace pictures. I found the applicator is much better than the cute eye make since it is smaller and fit my eyes perfectly. The white shimmer works better on the under eye than the cute eye maker. But the brown shade is too dark for under eye.

I don't know i should love this product or not since i haven't mastered it yet. I've seen the review of these product from another blogger and it seems very good.

From both products my favourite will be the big eye maker since it can be used as eyeliner without looking too much. I also love the creamy formula of both products and they stay  for more than 8 hours.

Review: holika holika petit aqua jelly bb cream #natural beige

Today, the review will be on my current bb cream. The holika holika petite jelly aqua bb cream. Actually it is an old product and has been in the market for few years but I would like to give it a try since i've ever tried their finish bcream or something and it was really good.

The bottle design is pretty because it is made of glass and has a jelly shape. Unfortunately the lid is made of tin with built in spatula which feels a little bit cheap.

The spatula can't reach the bottom end of the bottle so you need to dig it with small spoon or fingers.

scent is flowery and smells nice to me. But for some people, they might find this scent too strong
The consistency is indeed jelly like. It's not creamy nor oily like most of the bb cream. It's very bouncy and doesn't drip.

Once you spread it on your face, you'll feel instant cold like cold water being spread on your face. I guess its the effect of mint water.

It dries up pretty fast, so you need to make sure that you blend it well before it sets. It glides on my face smoothly and i love it very much. Once it settled, you can press your face with your palm and feel its so cold.

The coverage is light to medium and leaves semi matte finish. It still leaves a bit glow, but not an oily glow, more like a shine deep from your own skin and it looks very natural.

The lasting hour is 5 - 6 hours. One thing that you need to be careful that it clings on your skin. So, make sure you cleanse your face well otherwise it will clog your pores.

One thing that lack from this product is the design. It is made from thick jelly shaped glass and you know what will happen if you accidently drop it! It will break. I know it can make the product looks more beautiful but still i anxious about dropping it. (you know morning time when everything is hustle bustle and you need to get ready as quick as possible).

But overall, i'll give this bb cream 4 points for the formula and the performance. It only lacks in the design and the semi matte finish since i opt for a dewy finisb but actually it's not even a minor since the problem is i didn't expect it to be matte. He he

I recommend this for people who has oily skin, or to those who want matte finish bb cream and feels sick of oily bb cream.he he. And for those who are searching an everyday bb cream, this is worth to try.

Review: Etude House sunprise essence concealer #light beige

Today, my review will be on concealer. I rarely use concealer and i don't know how to use it properly until i watched some makeup tutorial on you tube. I noticed in every tutorial, they'll include concealer in the base makeup.

Concealer suppose to conceal our dark circle undereye and some spots or flaws. I never took much time in considering it until i notice, i have dark circle!!

Due to the lack of sleep i have developed dark circle and it makes me look exhausted and old.. My mom even said i look old due to the hard work. Really? Hehe.. I think everyone needs to hard work while they are young, am i right?

Back to the product, it came without a box, just a simple slim bottle with sticker of sunprise essence concealer writtings in pink.

One thing that makes this concealer special is the applicator. It has 2 shapes in one wand. The circle and the cylinder. The circle is for applying concealer on under eye and tricky places while the cylinder is for applying on wide side like cheek and temple.

Now, for the performance, like i said before, i've never really into concealer but this one surely did her job well. It covers my blemishes perfectly and the uneven part of my face like the dark cicle and around the corner of my lips.

Now i've been using in my daily makeup since it creates a perfectly flawless skin without looking too much. I love it very much. For the application, i will dot it around the desired area and just tap it with makeup sponge. It's very easy.

A tip for you girls, in term of searching the right concealer, choose the one that has a shade lighter one tone than your own skin, since it can brighten your whole look and act as a highlighter as well.. He he.. Combo

I really recommend this product for those who are looking for a good concealer but still on budget because its very cheap and effective.
