Review: Peripera blur pang peach milk blur

As you know, i love peach as fruit and even as makeup or skincare. And this peripera blur pang teases me with peach variant. Peripera blur pang milk blur is actually a makeup base, and the blur pang series has 3 variants which are peach milk, banana milk, and pure milk.

As peripera official stated, peach milk blur acts as cc cream for tone up and vitality effect (CC effect). The banana blur milk is yellow tone base to correct dull complexion and pure milk is white base makeup for instant brightening effect.

Mine is in peach blur milk (of course). It contains 98% real peach juice and as well as other delicious fruits ingredients such as lemon and strawberry. It also contains new zealand colostrum milk so it performs as cosme-skincare product.

The packaging is super duper cute. The carton is shaped in milk carton box. And the tube is similar with water color can (it reminds me with it's skin baby face line). But the cap is small and i'm afraid to lost it.. It's in pale peach pink colour as well! Love love it..

Next, the cream is in pale pink shade as well. It glides on face really smooth. It instantly corrects skin tone and brighten my face. For the coverage, it is just a base so big no no for coverage. Blurring pore? It blurs pore to some extent but not too much and actually i don't have a really visible pore so i can't tell you about it.

Before it sets, it leaves glowy finish but after awhile, it will turn into powdery finiah with a bit sheen.. I usually just use it alone when i'm not going somewhere important. My skin looks as if it was born perfect..

It doesn't last long so if you're going to use it for the entire day, don't be shocked to come home and see your bare face again since it has no sustain power.. (i always need to remind my self that it is a base, not a CC or even BB. Peripera also being thoughtful by adding spf 30 PA++ for UV protection.

But overall, i like it and i'm going to try the banana one as well.. Psstt it smells like peach fruit!

Review: etude house eyebrow countouring multi pencil #brownies

Hello, i'm back with another review. It is the new eyebrow makeup from etude. As you know, i always use eyeshadow powder as eyebrow color but sometimes, it doesn't come in handy. The last eyebrow pencil that i tried was from etude too, and it wasn't long lasting at all. So i never purchased any eyebrow pencil since then.

But the new eyebrow product caught my attention. It is a multi product in one container. Yes! It's etude house eyebrow countouring multi pencil. The name is rather mouthfuls.. ^v*

It is a hybrid type product. It has 3 functions, it can be used as eyebrow pencil, eyebrow mascara and brow bone highlighter. All in one container! I was really interested, especially in the eyebrow mascara part.



It has only 4 colours, honey blonde, chocolate milk, brownies and dark chocolate. I picked the third one brownies since i thought medium brown was right for me. But i was wrong, i should have picked the milk chocolate instead since the brownies is a little bit darker than my hair and makes me look older.

So back with the product! The first time it arrived, i was surprised to see how long it was! It is an all-in-one product so i guessed it would be bigger than the old drawing eyebrow series but this one is surely long! You can imagine yourself waving magic wand with it.. *v*

The products are separated in 3 sections. The color cap is where the pencil is. The middle part is the highlighter and the bottom black part is the mascara. It has written instruction on all the sections so it's easy to understand.

The pencil is shaped in heart shape. It looks lovely and surely works well on defining the eyebrow. The texture of the pencil is rather waxy. It's not a pencil type like other product. You might find your eyebrow hair crumbles on the color, but don't worry, you just need a screw brush to blend the color and it will be pretty and natural.

Next, the eyebrow mascara. I have to say, i really like the mascara part (aside from the darker colour, but it was my fault). The brush is so skinny and reminded me of innisfree skinny browcara which is more more expensive. The brush picks just enough amount and really really good.

The highlighter on the other hand, was just so - so. It doesn't provide enough highlight and the shimmers are too sheer. I usually just use it as nose highlighter but i do not really hope for extra brightening effect. It is not bad and it is not good either, should i be happy?? Hehe..

Does it long lasting? Emm, it stays for approximately 6-7 hours before the wax started to clump and the frontbside of the eyebrow faded.. But most of pencil type eyebrow is just like that, and this countouring multi pencil last longer than that.

One thing that it lack is the screw brush. Since the pencil is in wax type, you really really need screw brush to blend. They should somehow put the screwbrush as well since it is not practical to bring screw brush anywhere.

Overall, this product is great and the multi function really works. I don't need to bring browcara, pencil, and highlighter  separately any more.. Good job for etude house!

Few tricks and tips

Well after a while using korean products i learned some useful tips and tricks to enhance the formula or even save some money. These tips and tricks are based from my personal experience, not all tips and tricks are suitable for everyone so just learn and discover what suits you best.

Makeup tips and tricks
1. How to use compact powder
we usually use powder to set up the makeup and to prolong the freshness. I prefer compact powder than the loose one simply because it's compact and easy to bring along. One thing that i learn is to never use the sponge provided by the compact powder container, i always have an extra powder brush. Why? Because when i use the sponge, the applicator can't spread the powder well and cause some powder to clogs in pores which if being observe closely, it looks very bad. It also cause too mattyfing effect. When i use the applicator on dewy bb cream, it will just cancel the dewy effect. My face will look very flat without any shine. While if i use the powder brush as the applicator, the finish will be slightly matte but still has the dewy shine.

2. Use eyeshadow for brow instead brow pencil
I'm not a fan of the too bold and dark eyebrow. I notice there are limited options of eyebrow pencil color. Most are too dark or too light for me. Rather than buying eyebrow powder kit, i found out eyeshadow can be useful too. Just find the brown eyeshadow that match your hair color. When my hair was black, i used dark grey one (do not use black eyeshadow since it is too bold and looks unnatural), but now my hair is in brown reddish shade so pick brownish red color. Just explore your eyeshadow collection and don't be afraid to make mistake. I use the brown shade in cherry truffle etude house chocolate collection or sometimes the pony memebox glam choco shade. I already tried this method to some people and they are all said it is a huge different thing than force to fit in the limited shade of eyebrow pencil. And one thing, for the applicator, you can just use your eyeliner brush for precise shape or just stroke the color using sponge eyeshadow tool for daily look.

3. How to save crack powder makeup
Well, this is a very sad thing to deal about. Usually when our eyeshadow or blush on fall down it will be broken and crack. Well, i personally ever deal with it when my etude house face corset broken into pieces. I feel very sad and i wanted to throw it away since the mess powder keep making my cosmetic case dirty. Then i found a way! Just simply add few drops of alchohol into the powder and mix it till you got the mixture, after that
just let it dry under the sun or i prefer to put it under the aircon for few hours and you'll get your little baby back in the business

4. Use lipstick instead of cream blusher
Well, this trick can save lots of money (eventhough i still purchase cream blusher mainly because i'm a hoarder haha). To match your lipstick color and your cheek color, simply put on few dots of your favourite lip stick, lip tints or whatever you want to call it on to your cheek and spread it well. After that just simply dab some foundation or bb cream to create deep blushing cheek.

5. Save the drying and clumping mascara
Face it, the experts say that we need to dump our mascara 6 months after opening it but who cares what the experts are saying ( mascara is quite pricey so i'm sorry i won't throw it away after 6 months!) but sometimes after some good times having friend with my mascara, it will be dry and has some clumps so rather than buying the new one, you can try this trick! Just add 3 drops of saline water (eye drops) into the tube and.. DON'T PUMP IT! You may not pump your mascara since it can clump very easily. Just stir it slowly and you'll notice your mascara will be runnier and as good as new again.

6. How to use lip tint in the correct way
Well, i love lip tints. And people have been saying lip tint has a very good staining power and bla bla bla. I own a Peripera water tint and eventhough i love the color, it will be gone in 1-2 hours after application and leaves no trace. So where is the staining power? I found this trick a couple weeks ago. The fault is not in the lip tint formula but rather on the application. The best way to apply lip tints are gentle spread it with the applicator all over the lips and.. WAIT patiently! Do not close your lips together and rub it with your both lips since it will smear. After it has dried just tap the remaining color with tissue and you'll get your stained lips. I ever tried this at night and on the morning, the tint was still there, go on! try it! You'll see the difference.

Review : Maybelline color tattoo 24 hours

I'm very sorry for all my readers since i haven't written anything for this past few months due to personal matters. I didn't buy anything also so i have no topic to write. But few days ago suddenly i got so many products from endorsement. Yes.. It's all provided by peachblossom shop. It's a new online shop, but very trusted. So, she sent me both american drugstore products as well as korean brands. I was looking for pen eyeliner, since i don't have one. My option was to buy innisfree or secretkey, but i got maybelline hyper sharp wing from endorsement, yiipee! The price is Rp 109.000 if you buy it in the counter. 

There are 3 container colors to be chosen but the contents are all black. I chose the purple, since i didn't like the gold and red metalic options hehe. 

This eyeliner claims that it can make a very thin line and the bold line as well. You can see on the swatch, the top line was the thin line, then the medium and the bold, all depends on how you press the eyeliner brush. 

If you do not press the brush and just simply draw the line, you can get a very precise and thin line, yet if you press it deeply, you can get the fat line like the third line. 

It's very easy to use and the brush has high quality, even i can draw heart shape and my own signature easily haha. I think this will be a very great eyeliner for the beginners in makeup. 

It has the ink smell which i don't really like actually. It is smudge proof and water proof as well. It doesn't leave coating-like surface but it penetrates to skin. You won't feel any bumpy surface and it doesn't crack when you strech your skin. For the lasting performance, if you have oily eyelids like mine, it can stay for 10 hours,but if you put powder beforehand, maybe kt can stay 12 to 18 hours. Nice nice! 

I really hope that they have another color as well like green, brown or purple eyeliner. So far, it's a very good eyeliner people! 

New item!! Innisfree real fit color liquid

So besides review products,i will also post about the newest korean makeup and skincare hit new item. And the first one is the new line from innisfree which is Innisfree real fit color liquid. 

It is the extension from the original real fit lipstick series. This line consists of 2 types, which is glossy and matte. Nowadays many korean brands release their matte collection since matte lipstick has been very popular lately!

This is the glossy type. If we buy it online, the color will be stated in g1, g2 or etc. they do not put english name for the lippies color. 

The G1 is a transparent gloss, perhaps you can use it on top of the matte lippies as well. G2 is cotton coral like color. G3 is hot coral pink. G4 is burning red color that is so eye catchy. Last but not least G4 with orange - brown color. My favourite are  G3 and G4. 

While this is the matte type. I don't know why but matte lippies are really huge this day. All korean brands has their own matte lippies and the formulation is really good. It is not really matte like american brands that make lips coarse and dry, but it turns out to be chiffon like type that still feels moist in inside. 

The matte series consists of 5 colors. Same as gloss, the do not put english name. V1 is nudish color (which i know will not suit me at all), if you go for smokey eye makeup, i think this color will suit you, but beware, it is best for you to try it first before buying since this kind of color will make you look sick and washed up. V2 is cotton pink, which is great for daily use, the pink color leans more to dried roseshade rather than girlish pink. This is a new kind of pink if you haven't had this kind of color yet. V3 is rose mix burgundy color. It can be a focal point of your makeup since the color is so edgy! V4 is brown - orange - nude color. Kind of lily maymac MLBB. I guess this will be a very popular shade this year. The last one is V5. It is a hot red color. I like the v2,3,4 and 5! Haha

Well, i hope i can purchase it as soon as possible, so stay tune for the review!

Review : aritaum mirror gloss tint #4 before sunset #14 pink lemonade

After a brief hiatus (i've been avoiding makeup for a fortnight) i am back again with another review. It's the new aritaum mirror gloss tint. Yap, actually i have no intention to purchase it but since it is a new item, i have to try (and this is the reason for no makeup since i've been restraining myself not to buy something because it is new) 

(Setelah vakum beberapa minggu (lagi ga mood untuk makeup sama sekali) aku kembali lagi dengan review selanjutnya. Yaitu produk mirror gloss tint dari aritaum. Yap, sebenarnya sih ga ada maksud untuk beli tapi karena produk ini baru jadinya aku harus beli (dan ini adalah salah satu alasan untuk puasa kosmetikku! Tidak boleh membeli barang karena barang itu baru! hehe) 

There are many colors, but i chose 2 options only. The first one is shade 4 #before sunset and the 14 one is #pinklemonade. The packaging came with no box. Just plastic wrap and seal. The tube is long and black. On the top, it has transparent glass that shows each different color resembling the real shade. One thing that i really like, aritaum is very clever by putting the shade name on the bottle, for me, i think this is really cool hehe, (i don't know whether i'm weird or what?)

(Ada banyak pilihan warna, tapi aku cuman pilih 2 warna. Warna pertama adalah nomor 4 #before sunset dan yang kedua nomor 14 #pink lemonade. Packagingnya tanpa kotak, cuman dibungkus plastik bening dan ada segelnya. Tubenya berbentuk silinder panjang dan berwarna hitam. Di bagian atasnya, ada plastik transparan yang menunjukkan warna warna berbeda untuk setiap produknya. Satu hal yang aku suka banget sama aritaum yaitu mereka menuliskan nama - nama lipsticknya langsung di bagian botol. Menurut aku itu keren banget hehe (ga tahu apakah aku ini aneh atau apa yaa?) 

The screw part is not really tight, so you need to make sure you have secured it properly otherwise it may leaked. 

(Tutupnya agak ga rapat, jadi harus selalu pastikan yaa untuk putar erat-erat tutupnya, soalnya kalau bocor kan sayang hehe)

The applicator is soft and bendable. It doesn't pick up too much product and the shape is slightly slanted. So it can fit well on the cupid bow. 

(Aplikatornya lembut dan cukup flexible. Ga ngambil terlalu banyak produk dan bentuknya sedikit meruncing di ujung jadi bisa pas untuk outline di bibir. )

The texture is creamy yet it delivers glossy finish. The texture is almost the same as peripera lumipang, but slightly creamer and the color is more intense. One swipe is enough to get the vivid color. It is very moist and tacky. But if you have a dry lips or you simply like moist lips like i do, you will enjoy the texture very much. It leaves tint behind but not as vivid as first application. Not very long lasting and can easily gone with eating greasy food. It can last for about 3-4 hours without eating or drinking. The gloss will slowly fade and leaves the tint behind. 

(Texturenya creamy tapi menghasilkan hasil akhir yang glossy. Texturnya hampir mirip dengan peripera lumipang, tapi sedikit lebih creamy dan warnanya lebih intense. Sekali oles aja udah langsung keluar warnanya. Sangat lembab dan lengket. Tapi jika kamu punya bibir yang kering atau kamu suka lip productdengan hasil moist, kamu pasti suka sama texture aritaum mirror gloss ini. Meninggalkan bekas tint tapi warnanya ga sedalam pas waktu pertama kali pakai. Tidak terlalu tahan lama dan mudah hilang kalau makan. Bisa bertahan di bibir sekitar 3-4 jam tanpa makan dan minum. Kilauan glossnya akan pelan pelan menghilang dan meninggalkan warna tintnya aja. )

Now, let's talk about the color. the first one is the shade number 4, before sunset. I do not have many orange shades so i guess i should try one. As the name stated, before sunset looks like sunset color. It has a deep orange shade with hint of red. You can imagine wearing this color at dusk of day with the beautiful sunset sky and you realized, the sky color matches your lips color haha.

(Sekarang teantang warnanya, yang pertama adalah nomor 4 #before sunset. karena aku ga punya banyak lipstick orange jadi aku pikir kenapa ga coba orange aja. seperti namanya, before sunset ini berwarna orange tua dan agak sedikit kemrah-merahan. Kamu bisa bayangkan memakai lippies ini saat matahari terbenam di langit yang indah dan kamu sadar bahwa lippies yang kamu pakai warnany sama dengan warna langit itu hehe..)

The second one is pink lemonade. On the advertisement it looks like hot pink and i bought it simply because i like lemonade so i have no idea what color is it at the first time. Pink lemonade is the combination between medium pink and hot coral. It is a one of the kind color that looks very beautiful and vitalize your look. 

(Yang kedua adalah pink lemonade. Di gambar promosi terlihat seperti hot pink dan aku beli ini karena aku suka minum lemonade jadi pertamanya aku ga tahu warnanya akan jadi seperti apa. Pink lemonade ini adalah kombinasi warna medium pink dan hot coral. Warna jenis ini bisa membuat penampilanmu terlihat cantik dan segar)

Overall, i really like this product. But, i don't think it lives up to its name as mirror gloss. i thought, it's gonna be superglossy and the gloss will saty put for a long time but it doesn't, but i don't know, i still love this product. The scent smells like coconut gel cube (the one you make cocktail drink in indonesia). The price is also cheap which is around Rp120.000. 

(Secara keseluruhan produk ini oke. Tapi, sebenarnya agak ga sesuai dengan namanya mirror gloss. Aku pikir produk ini akan super glossy dan gloss nya bisa tahan lama ternyata tidak, tapi ga tahu lha, aku tetap suka sama produk ini. Wanginya kayak nata de coco. Harganya juga cukup murah yaitu sekitar Rp 120.000
