Review : etude house cover and bright fit bb cream

ThisHi all, back again with etude house review. Etude house has launched another member of precious mineral range. And this one boast about cover so let's see how high is the coverage!

I choose shade No2 because i always feel strange when i use shade w21 and guess what W stands for warm which means it is suitable for people with yellow tone skin. I have cool tone and slightly pinky skin so that's why i always look strange when i'm using w21 hehe. While N stands for neutral and it fits perfectly on my skin. But note that even if you have cool tone but your skin is dark, please don't try this N02 shade because it is very white and will make you look ghastly. I hope korean makeup can make more diversity in their color range because nowadays it is already considered as world wide cosmetic.

Okay back again to the product, i got the 10th anniversarry version and the package is uber cute! The whole box and tube are pink with princessy theme, super love it. The tube itself is not like the other precious mineral bb cream. It resembles the old baby choux tube with no pump, you need to squezze it. 

But be careful, because the consistency is more liquid than the old precious mineral bb cream. So when you squeez it, make sure that you do not put the nozzle straightly downside but slighty to the left or right side. 

The scent is just like baby powder and its different from the old type. Now for the coverage, i have to say because the consistency is runnier, i don't expect it has a high coverage. When i tested it on my face, well it has decent coverage but i couldn't  say high because it didn't completely hide eyebag and some spots on my face. 

For the brightness effect, i have to say it does a great job. Since it contains pearl extract, it brighten my whole face. The finish is semi dewy. It is not that dewy but still consider as dewy finish. The lasting power is quite awesome around 5 hours without retouch. I suggest this product for normal to dry skin type and for the oily skin type, i hope you use anti sebum powder to finish the makeup. I could say this is better than the old precious mineral bb cream, and upgrade for the range!

Review : missha painting rouge chiffon #cpk001

Hi all, back again with another lippies product. I have been a lipstick junkies this recently and i have 3 pages dedicated to write all my lipsick obsession haha. 

Okay, today will be one of my favourite babe from missha. This is the first time i'm using something from missha in full size. When i saw the promotion picture, all the colors look beautiful and vivid. 

This painting rouge line has 2 options, matte and glossy (chiffon and syrup). I opted for the syrup one but somehow i got the chiffon one! Well, i should take it anyway. 

So, the container is made of hard plastic, almost like glass and quiet heavy. It looks elegant and mature. The cap is matte black and the pink liquid inside looks very intriguing. 

The applicator is just like a normal doe foot applicator. It tends to pick up too much product. The texture is creamy and glides on smoothly. But because the applicator is not very nice, the application can be messy so put just a little dot around the lips and finish it with your own lip brush for a neat and beautiful application. 

The color is super vivid. A bright neon pink. And it has a little bit coral in it. I think it is suitable for warmer season. It can brighten your face instantly! But some people can find it too neon and it is a kind of colour not everyone dare to put on. 

The finish it matte and a little bit drying. It doesn't dry into powdery finish like etude house lips fit. But more into a chiffon texture just like its name. It is very long lasting and it has no scent. Yey! 

I love the product but i don't think i want to buy the other shade since they are all too common and i'm afraid it will be too neon for the red and orange shade. See you later girls!

Review : etude house sweet cherry tint #pk002

I've been looking for a natural tint which i can put on everyday without too much mess and natural pink color. And etude house sweet cherry tint came into my mind! I only ever tried the old version which is the very famous "fresh cherry tint" in sample size. (Poor me, i was still broke that time so i always use samples for lips haha) i quiet like it but the taste is bitter and i hate bitter taste!

Okay, the new sweet cherry tint came in an unusual container which is the click container. You need to be careful because once you click it, you can't push it back like the ordinary lipstick. but don't worry, you'll just need to click once or twice to get enough product. 

The formula is very glossy and melts once it touches your lips (truly! It does melt even on your fingertips!) the scent smells like rose which i adore so much! For the color, since it is a sheer color,you can't get the very vivid color like the advertisement. But don't worry, it will still look pink and natural enough. 

I tried to swipe it around 6 or 7 times and i managed to get the beautiful pink pump lips,but it is a really wasting act haha. 

I have to say it is quiet a long lasting tint for such a sheer color. After drinking, the color is still vivid enough. And after eating, the gloss is not there anymore but the pink tint still does. And after 6 hours, my lips is till tinted in sheer pink. Almost gone, but still better than my pale lips without any lippies. 

I really recommend it for anyone! Seriously! It is very good and one tube can last till one year! I really want to buy all the shades soon! ( a common dream from a cosmetic hoarder!) haha. See you in the next post!

Review : etude house bling bling eye stick #11 rose star #starrysky

Hi everyone, back again with another review, i have so many things to be reviewed and i'll start with this one.

Have you ever feel wearing powder eyeshadow is a little bit tiresome and when you want to do quick makeup, powder eyeshadow is not something very handy. Well, i do! Or maybe it's just my excuse to buy something new haha. One of the most well known crayon type eyeshadow products is from Etude House and they happened to launch some new shades. 

When i saw the advertisement, most of them look almost the same but i managed to choose shade number 11 (rose star) and 14 (starrysky). 

The container is in deep blue metallic color, the size is average for a crayon eyeshadow. And it has transparent bottom which shows each different color. 

Number 11(rose star) has a shimmering rose color with gold glitter undertone. It is so beautiful when put alone with black or brown eyeliner. The color is vivid enough and glides on smoothly. No fall out which is a plus side. 

Number 14(starrysky) has also shimmery light bronze which looks beautiful on hand swatch, but once you put it on eyelid, the color is not vivid enough for main color. Actually, i have bought the darkest color available but it still not dark enough, dunno why. So i just use it on "aegyo sal" or simply put it as a highlighter eyeshadow. 

The lasting performance is pretty good, i wear it for about 6 hours and i can still see the shimerring color. It doesn't smudge like powder eyeshadow and the most important, NO FAll OUT! Haha

I love this product but i wish they can make more color options and darker shades. I saw on beautybreakdown channel about memebox "i'm stick shadow" and i'm really interested in trying those beautiful color. I hope that i can get my hand on it in no time. See you in the next post.

Review : Innisfree real fit lipstick #3 peach like grapefruit

Hi all, welcome to 2016 and i know i haven't written a post for like a month. So this is my new post for this year. It is the new Real Fit lipstick from innisfree. I always wanted to try innisfree lippies and now i got my hand on the newest one haha. 

There are 8 different colors ranging from beige to purple. Psst, they also have the IT color aka dried rose but somehow many people said it is a very old shade and makes you look old if you put it on. 

I got shade number three which is peach like grapefruit. Well let me tell you what i think about it. 

It came with white box (soy ink and bla bla) and the container is also white. I think it is thinner than etude house lipstick and little bit smaller? But becareful with the white container since it can easily get dirty. It smells fruity but you can't detect it without pressing your nose on it. 

When innisfree said it is a real fit product, i don't understand. Actually real fit here means light weight and without stickiness. And it's true! It glides on perfectly and leaves no stickiness behind. The color is very true (grapefruit color) and it is vivid even with only one swipe!

It contains camellia oil so it doesn't feel dry yet it contains no gloss either! 

For the lasting power, i could say it is not very long lasting and can only stay for about 4 hours, sadly. But i could't agree more, i love it and i don't really mind about the lasting power hehe. Top score for innisfree! 

Review etude house dear darling tint halloween edition witch hunt

Hello, i'm back with my new halloween item! You know that etude house always launch halloween edition every year and this time i got the dear darling lip tint #witch hunter. By just hearing the name, it already triggered something fascinating about it.

So the packaging is pretty much the same tall plastic tube, but what makes it different is the black cap and little witch logo along with skycrapers pictures on the bottom.

The liquid looks like blood color and the consistency is like a gel tint. It has a very fruity floral scent and i really like it. The applicator is very nice and doesn't pick up too much product. I think this is the best applicator so far!

Now, when i saw the promotional picture, the shade was winter berry shade but the content looks like blood color, i was curious and it's true, eventhough the tint lokks like blood color in the bottle but when i swatch it on my lips the color is indeed winter berry (pink purple red as one)

It leaves tacky feeling on lips. But.. For the longevity, i will give this product 10 stars if i may. I use this at 9 am, i do drink and eat and the color is still vibrant until 9pm. I can still feel the sticky tacky feeling at the end of the day, and it is so hard to remove even using cleansing water.

Wow with a very cheap price i can get such a great deal! Thank you etude for giving me such a good treat, and happy halloween all!

Review: mamonde total solution bb essence balm

Well.. I promised i'll make more review from now on hehe. By the way, for my indonesian reader, i'll try to make all my posts bilingual since there are so many suggestions about the bilingual post.

So, i've told you i purchased 2 mamonde item, and the one that i'm going to review now is the total solution bb essence balm.

I've been dying to try balm type bb cream since the etude nymph aura but i never get a chance to try it. I guess some products are not destined to be mine haha. Few weeks ago, i was in love with mamonde total solution moisture bb cream and i was going to purchase the big size one, but my seller somehow did not sell it and she suggested me to purchase the bb balm instead. Seriously, i'm interested in mamonde brand so i'll buy anything if it has mamonde name on it haha.

(dari dulu aku memang udah pengen cobain bb balm pas masih jamannya etude house nymph aura balm tapi ga tahu kenapa ga pernah kesampaian. Beberapa minggu belakangan aku lagi tertarik banget sama mamonde dan salah satu produk favoritku adalah mamonde bb cream total solution moisture tapi entah kenapa seller ku ga jual dan dia tawarin bb balm ini.)

It is pretty expensive, i bought it for Rp 330.000 or $30. I hate cushion bb since they run out so fast, like the regular etude house one can only lasts for 3 weeks with continously use, and it is such a bothersome if i have to repurchase it very soon, since i hate repurchasing things haha. But since this bb balm is not a cushion, i guess it can last pretty long.

(harganya lumayan mahal, aku beli 330 ribu rupiah di @kbeautycrush. Lebih mahal dari cushion etude dan jujur aja aku ga suka pakai cushion karena cepat banget habis haha, tapi karena ini balm, mungkin aja bisa tahan lebih lama hehe)

The packaging is sleek and mature, with gold pink on top and the rest of the plastic body is in pale pink. The outer body is quite sturdy but inside, you can hear the balm container keep moving here and there everytime you pick up the product.

(packagingnya rapi dan kelihatan dewasa, tutup atasnya berwarna rose gold dan body nya plastik berwarna pink pucat. Outer body nya sih kuat tapi kotak bb balm didalamnya suka bunyi bergerak2 gitu kalau pas lagi dipakai, jadi rada takut kalau tiba tiba lepas hehe)

It comes with a regular puff like a powder. I found the original puff is really bad for taking the product. It absorbs the product and making uneven application on face. Luckily i still have my etude cushion puff so i just using it instead of the original one. I rather dissapointed since i purchase this product in a high price and i only get a cheap puff?

(sayangnya puff bawaan dari mamonde ini kualitasnya buruk sekali. Puff nya cuman puff bedak padat biasa padahal kan harganya mahal, kog puff nya murahan? Hehe jadinya aku pakai puff dari cushion etude yang lama dan lebih berfungsi karena ga begitu nyerap produk)

As usual bb balm always comes in a swirling formula. The beige color is the bb cream, while the white and the pink swirl is for highlighter and the essence i guess haha. I bought #1 color since no 2 tends to look exactly like my skin color and i need something to brighten the overall look.

(seperti biasa, bb balm selalu mempunyai bentuk formula yang swirling. Mamonde ini punya 3 warna di swirlingnya, beige untuk bb cream, pink untuk essence dan putih untuk highlight. Aku beli warna no 1 karna biasanya kalau warna no 2 cenderung yellow tone dan gelap di kulit hehe)

Actually i don't know how to pick up the product without destroying the design haha, so i picked up only on left side first.

(sebenarnya aku ga tahu gimana cara untuk mengoles produk k puff tanpa ngerusak visual swirlingnya yang lucu banget hehe jadi aku cuman ambil di bagian kiri aja)

The result is very drying and looks patchy at first, i was dissapointed but then i figured out i need to use proper skincare step before using this bb balm. I used toner and thick cream and i can see the better result.

(hasilnya cenderung kering dan menonjolkan titik2 yang kering banget. Pertamanya kecewa banget sama hasilnya, tapi setelah aku pakai perawatan wajah lengkap sebelumnya hasilnya malah jadi bagus dan lembab)

It leaves semi matte finish while actually i always want dewy glossy finish. For the coverage, i have to say it is very good. It covers 8 out of ten. And it is such a good score for a simple bb balm without foundation or primer.

(finishnya semi matte, jadi bagi yanh suka glossy finish, ini bukan pilihan yang tepat. Tapi coverage dari bb balm ini bagus banget 8 dari 10 deh scorenya. Dan udah bagus banget tanpa foundation atau primer)

It contais nobilis flower extract so it is good for sensitive skin and i do not experience any break out using it. It is also non comedogenic

(mengandung extract bunga jadi bagus untuk kulit sensitive. Tidak menimbulkan jerawat sejauh ini dan ga nyumbat pori)

I recommend this bb balm for oily skin type rather than dry skin type. But if those dry skin type out there want to try this product, you can do proper skin care before applying this product.

(aku lebih recommend bb balm ini untuk yang kulitnya berminyak, tapi kalau orang dengan kulit kering mau coba bisa aja asalkan pakai skincare lengkap dulu sebelumnya)

Will i repurchase it? I don't think so since i dislike semi matte finish and the rather drying formula, but i do like the highlight effect though. For the longevity, it can last for 5 hours without re application.

(bakal beli lagi ga? Emm ga deh kayaknya hehe karna hasilnya yang semi matte tapi aku suka highlighting effectnya, untuk ketahanannya, bisa bertahan di wajah untuk kira2 5 jam tanpa touch up)
