REVIEW : ETUDE HOUSE EVER DEW BOOSTING OIL

ETUDE HOUSE EVER DEW BOOSTING OIL
I bought this product in December when the weather in Pontianak was quite dry and cold. Eventhough it was raining almost every day but my skin feels terribly dry. It has dry patches and I felt my skin was very tight and hot.. I don’t know why..
And there it came the first campaign about ever dew oil. It actually has 2 variants the ever dew boosting oil and the ever dew whipping oil. I like the pink shade better than the

yellow one so I chose the ever dew boosting oil. It claims that it can moisturize the face and prepare the face for the next skincare routine such as essence or etc. I really interested in this product because of the name “ever dew” I thought that it can be a “dew” for my face and make it always dewy.. hahahahaha...
I ordered it from one of my trusted online shop @etuderecipe. Actually it costs a little bit expensive, Rp 210.000 but I need it anyway so I just ordered it in the middle of the night.. haha (sorry for the owner of etude recipe). It came a bit late due to the untrustyworthy of my delivery company. I chose the fast one which is usually only 2 – 3 days shipping but end up receiving my packages after waiting for more than a week..
When I open the package, I found a cute pink box with the flower patter on the left and right side. It’s very pretty.. when I open the box, I was very disappointed because the bottle was so small. I was hoping for much bigger bottle than this.. it is so tiny.. I usually never been disappointed by etude packaging but this one does.. eventhough it is pretty..
The bottle is made of frosted glass with the ever dew writing on the front. I didn’t know that t comes with a pump so I tried to push the lid but nothing happened. I thought o my gosh what should I do should I do with this? I turn the cap and there it goes
‘the pump” and when I open the lid I directly smell such a wonderful fragrant.
Yes! Finally I got something nice from this so called oil.. the smell is awesome.. I like to breathe it during the morning routine.. and etude house suggest to start each moring with it..
Another thing that surprised me was the consistency.. I thought it was gonna be liquid and have cooling sensation on my face, kind like an ampoule. But it turns out oily.. actually it is my fault for not observing keenly on the web.. it surely states that ever dew is oil.. ohh gosh.. but it’s okay lah… but next time I hope I won’t make the same mistake..
So after I put it on my face.. well it doesn’t absorb in istant.. it takes about 5 or 6 minutes to absorb completely.. and the wonderful fragrance disappear after I smeared it on my face.. sadly, it leaves my face with awkward feeling.. it’s not smooth, not sticky either.. I don’t understand the feeling and it doesn’t feel good.. sadly… so will I purchase it again? Nope I think.. sorry.. it could be such a great product but not for me.. but I do still love etude..
Pros       :1.  nice packaging
                2. awesome smell
Cons      : 1. Take a time to absorb
                2. Doesn’t moisturize my face well enough
                3. leave a weird feeling on face

REVIEW BRTC WHITENING AND REPAIRING BB CREAM

Hi girls, I’m sorry that I can’t make more review because I frankly have no time. But today I would like to give you a review about my favourite bb cream so far. It’s BRTC WHITENING AND REPAIR BB CREAM. It has a high spf so you don’t need to worry about the sun damage. As I read on the brtc’s website, it says that they are a cosmetic line that combines the benefit of modern medicine with beauty.
It has no shade available. But it suits my skin well. Actually I’ve never known this brand before. I’ve seen many people start talking about brtc but the brand’s name doesn’t invigorate me to try it. Until one of my dearest sample seller recommended me to try it. But that time I tried the jasmine water one. And I directly fall in love over and over again with it. I tried to ask my sample seller to get the big size but she said it was expensive even through online system it could costs Rp 400.000 and up.
I tried to search in google for Indonesian brtc’s seller and I found a website named WARXISISTER and she sells many kind of BRTC products and it wasn’t so expensive. That time she only sold the whitening and repairing type, she said that the jasmine one has already sold out.
Without hesitate, I ordered it for only Rp 225.000.. and the next to days there it came my precious bb cream. So what I like from this bb cream. It has a very good coverage. It can cover my blemishes and spots almost perfectly. It doesn’t has a weird scent like the etude one. It glides so smoothly. Almost watery. But the consistency is not watery, it still looks like a usual bb cream when you push it out of the tube, but when you spread it on your face it turns watery and spread on very well. It gives me a nice glow on my face and much much much more natural on my face…  I really really love this bb cream. And now it almost runs out. I’m gonna buy the jasmine type soon..
hope you guys like my review and please leave a comment down below.. have a nice day..
Pros         : 1. Very good coverage
                2. doesn’t have weird scent
                3. watery on face and very moisturizing
                4. give a nice natural color
 Cons     : 1. I can’t find

REVIEW ETUDE HOUSE "STAY UP" FOUNDATION #ROSY

I would like to have a review about my recent foundation. I’ve been avoiding foundation for a long time. Because when I was a kid my mother told me to never use foundation. She
said that It can clog my pores and will lead to break out.
So all of this time, I have been living with only bb cream or cc cream. But It doesn’t give enough coverage to my face. Actually my face has nothing really important to hide, since I have a normal skin and rarely having breakouts.  But I do have a little acne scar from a long time ago, and using bb cream does not give the full coverage that I want.
I’ve ever tried the Revlon series but it turns out so bad. It gets darken after 2 hours and I don’t want to use it anymore. On December last year, I was going to sing in a Christmas concert, so I need something to give me a different look.
Two weeks before the concert, I saw the etude house dear my wish lipstick campaign, and at once I attracted to Chrystal’s look in the campaign. When I scrolled down, I saw they were offering a sale on the new foundation “stay up” it was only Rp 135.000, so I decided to buy it.
I pick the rosy shade. It actually has 4 shades pure, rosy, beige, and sand. I thought that the rosy shade will give me a little bit pinkish shade which I really love rather than the ordinary beige shade.
The package is quite cute, but it doesn’t look very expensive since it was made of plastic. When I put it on my face, it does give me a little bit rosy shade, but not so red.. only a hint of pink.. And it also gives me a really nice natural glowing face and doesn’t look pale. The smell is just so so.. it doesn’t bothering me unlike the old version of cotton fit bb cream.
The covering power is.. I can say medium because you still need concealer to hide scar and acne spots. You can’t build it until 3 or 4 layers because it can get flaky.. 2 layers are maximum I think.. The consistency is more liquid then the bb cream.. it doesn’t weigh my skin down the stay up power is quite awesome.  I used it from 7 o’clock in the morning and when I got home at 9 or 10 pm it still there, even though it doesn’t cover as much as the morning layer but at least it still there, it leaves me a glowing blurred skin that still natural enough.
So overall, this foundation is good. Will I purchase it again? Maybe yes.. We’ll just see in the future but I do want to try the pure shade..
Pro :       1. Cheap price
                2. cute packaging
                3. nice scent
                4. lightweight on skin
Cons :    1. Medium coverage
                2. can turn flaky if I build up

my thoughts about korean cosmetics

i've been starting to use the korean products since a year ago and i'm kind of addictive to it this recently.. well, i can say that i have almost try all the level of korean cosmetics. there are 3 types of korean cosmetic based on the price, (i've read this in other people blog but it's okay i just use this as reference to the products i've used).. the first one is the most expensive such as history of whoo, sulwhasoo, sk2, hera etc
the middle one are like laneige, missha, innisfree faceshop etc and the cheap one are etude, tonymoly, peripera, skinfood, holila holika (i say this is cheap because there are almost no product above rp300.000).. but the quality and the effect depends on our skin.. i couldn't say the expensive one is better than the cheap one because based on my experience my skin cannot adapt to the expensive one.. i don't know why but it makes a burning feeling on my face.. and after i read some review i realized that the high-end products are targeted for people above 30.. so next time you want to try the high end products, just try the mini size first. i will review about some of the history of whoo products that i've ever used..
so now lets talk about the effect of korean skincare products on my face..
i want to share a story with you girls.. when i was in the primary 6th, i have lot's of acne and also oily face.. i think my mother's genetic has something to do with this.. (when she wiped
her face with blotting paper you can use the oil for frying egg haha) one day my mother bought for me sariayu cleansing milk and toner in jeruk nipis variant ( i live in indonesia if there any one that wants to know the product just leave a comment below) and after 3 months using it, my acne are gone and also i don't have any oily face anymore.. i kept using it again.. until one night i feel my forehead skin wrinkled like a grandma.. (really! you can touch the wrinkle that time and i was only 10 years old) i told my mom and she asked me to wash my face using regular cleanser and put some moisturizer on my face. and since that day my face cannot produce any oil.. i usually teased my friend in the high school by showing them my face has no trace on the blotting paper..
but the negative side is that my face is extremely dry.. in extreme situation it will leave red patches and flakes.. i've tried almost all the skincare thst i could find in my town (i live in pontianak which have a very limited options, and none worked.. i even tried the hada labo series for dry skin but it has no effect.. until at last.. my friend started to sell sample of korean cosmetics.. i tried the laneige water bank essence and i found my true soulmate.. it lives no greasy feeling on my face and it absorbs really well.. my face began to heal and now its not dry anymore.. i can't say it is normal skintype but maybe it is more to the normal to dry skin type, but overall its better than before.. another rehydrating products that i used are etude supercollagen ampoule, and etude pure baobab moisturizer.. so thank you korean skincare for saving my skin.. sorry for the long post. if you have any question just comment down below.. thanks all.. see you in my next post..
